​Odd Socks Creatures

I hand sew these whimsical creatures from colorful socks.  Each one is unique and has it's own character.   The three in the photo above are at the Los Angeles Children's Hospital, which is why they are in a police line-up flat up against the wall, in an acrylic frame.  Mostly, owners of these sock creatures keep them closer at hand.   Materials can include:  socks, vintage buttons from my grandmother's collection, knitted accessories, poly stuffing.  Size:  varies. from about 6" to 26".   ​
