Techniques: Fabric dyeing, raw edge applique, hand guided machine quilting.
Artist Statement:
A window in the upstairs of my house shattered. I was intrigued by the lines and patterns made by the cracks, and I used these actual lines to create the shapes in the composition. This piece is the first in a series about the shattered glass.
